Salt Lake

Today we walked and drove around Salt Lake. What a beautiful, immaculate city. We have never seen such a clean, manicured city. No trash, grafitti, etc. Manicured grass everywhere. Not just in Temple Square...everywhere we went.

Utah State Capitol

Buildings around Temple Square

You've seen this on TV when watching the Mormon Tabernacle Choir.

  1. That is what struck me about SLC as well, it is so clean! One of my old high school girlfriends lives there and took me around town a few years ago (Norma was sick in bed back at the motorhome). It is a beautiful city.

The other and not so nice thing I remember about SLC is that, like El Paso, the highway is in a constant state of repair and lane closures!
