N.B. An administrative comment. We take a lot of pictures. In any that include closeups of people or their wares be assured that we have asked for their permission. In most such cases, the unsmiling vendor will enthusiastically nod yes and flash a huge smile. They like being asked as a courtesy.

This one is a good example from the Sunday Gordita meal. The lady was very cordial but all business until I asked. Look at that smile!
