Circle Lake Patzcurao

We did a 95 KM (60 miles) drive around the lake. This is a Google Maps track of our drive. All back roads. Very interesting and beautiful.

School Kids. They all wear uniforms. Different schools, different colors. Note: they walk to and from school/bus stop all by themselves.

We stopped for lunch and a great little restaurant. We were the only customers. No menus. What do you want? A teenager fixed it from scratch down to even peeling the potatoes and did a great job. The whole time his mom was making tortillas by hand.

And there was some shopping. Really beautiful work by the folks right in this area.

Back in town we came across a street where folks do wood carvings. Amazing work. Cant find the other pictures of this shop now. Check back.
