Yesterday we mostly read but did hit a fantastic restaurant Mariscos La Guera. LINK Yeah, awesome seafood for almost no money.
A very nice motor home pulled in yesterday but we didn't get a chance to say hello until this morning. As I walked to where they were working on their rig and she said "are you Steve"? Whoa...how'd she know? Seems like they have been reading the blog and already knew who their neighbors were! And I whine that folks aren't reading this...wrong again.
Today we enjoyed chatting with Kerry and Rod since they are awesome folks, animal nuts and real Mexico experts. They were here in Patzcurao 43 years ago and spend 6 months a year in country. Great pooches too. They winter at Zihuatanejo.
We read a bit and then walked through a different part of town, Casa de los Once Patios, a former convent but now home to artisans, including the gent in this picture who made the objects he's holding (and that we bought).
View of the Patios and neighborhood
Oh yes. We ate. Yet another fantastic meal in beautiful settings and only $22.
Chatted with Kerry and Rod for a bit as the sun went down over Patzcurao.
