Where are the churches? The church bells? The side of the road roasted chicken places? Taco stands? Sleeping dogs? Etc. Etc. None of that here.
Ok, enough complaining. Mazatlan is an interesting place but you'd hardly know you were in Mexico if you came here blindfolded. Condos everywhere. Looks like Miami or Hawaii. Chain stores of every kind. We started the day out replenishing stuff at a brand new Sams and Walmart. They are nicer than ones across the border. Even covered parking!

You can even see a Doc at Walmart |

Here's what it will cost you |

Isn't this pretty? |

A Mazatlan "taxi". |
A strange thing at Sam's. Remember a few weeks ago we came through strawberry fields that grew for Driscoll? They had Driscoll strawberries at Sams. BUT, they came from California!
We had lunch in a cafe next to the RV park. What a great, hardworking family. Delicious food and smoothies.
We napped and read until about 1700 and then we explored the city. The Malecon is beautiful!
I love that little taxi it's cute haha an love all those pictures you posted takes me all day to look at them I just keep going over them.
